Before you get started

A few good questions.

What to expect from your setup, membership and first release day.

Does SealedOps guarantee checkout success?

No. Stock, retailer queues, payment review, account limits, cancellations, and site changes can all prevent an order. SealedOps makes your limits and the result visible; it cannot guarantee inventory or fulfillment.

Direct link
Can SealedOps purchase without my approval?

Monitoring alone never approves a purchase. A checkout requires a mission with a selected profile, price and quantity limits, an expiration, and the authorization mode you choose.

Direct link
What happens if the price changes?

The mission compares the live checkout total with your configured cap. If the price, fees, quantity, seller, or profile no longer fits the approved rules, checkout pauses or fails closed.

Direct link
Can I set maximum spending limits?

Yes. Missions support maximum price, quantity, shipping, total, purchase count, and expiration controls. The desktop review shows the limits before you arm it.

Direct link
Which retailers support automated checkout?

The desktop app shows current support for each retailer and checkout route. Automated and direct API checkout are only available where the retailer adapter supports them.

Direct link
Does SealedOps bypass CAPTCHAs or queues?

No. You can connect your own solver for supported challenge types, but SealedOps does not bypass queues, purchase limits, fraud controls, or retailer enforcement. Unsupported challenges pause for review.

Direct link
Are proxies included?

No. Bring your own residential or ISP proxy pool. SealedOps tests routes, records latency and health, and helps keep monitoring traffic organized.

Direct link
Does my PC need to stay on?

Yes. Monitoring and checkout run on your Windows PC. Always-on monitoring works while the desktop app and its local service are running.

Direct link
What Windows versions are supported?

The current desktop release supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Direct link
What happens if a retailer cancels my order?

The result appears in mission history, but the retailer controls fulfillment, cancellation, refunds, and account review. Contact the retailer for an order decision.

Direct link
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Manage recurring billing from your account. Access continues through paid coverage, and eligible unused wallet value remains available under the wallet terms.

Direct link
What happens to unused wallet value?

Unused membership value stays in your SealedOps wallet while it remains eligible. One credit equals one dollar of membership; while a paid subscription is already covering you, wallet spending pauses instead of burning alongside it.

Direct link
Is there a free trial?

There is no automatic free trial. You can review the product tour, retailer matrix, security model, and account experience before subscribing.

Direct link
Is SealedOps a cloud bot?

No. The hosted service manages account identity, plan status, downloads, Discord linking, and billing. Product monitoring, proxy routing, checkout profiles, and missions run in the desktop app.

Direct link
Where is my card data stored?

Card data is never stored in the website account portal. Desktop checkout profiles remain in the encrypted local vault on your PC, and provider-tokenized payment methods are used where configured.

Direct link
What information does SealedOps store online?

The account service stores your account identity, plan and wallet status, encrypted sessions, Discord link state, referrals, and release access. See the Security and Privacy pages for the full breakdown.
