Terms of Service

The rules for using the SealedOps website, account service, desktop software, monitoring, and guarded checkout features.

Effective July 19, 2026Version 2026-07-19
By creating an account, subscribing, redeeming a key, or using SealedOps, you agree to these Terms and the linked risk disclosures.

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRefund PolicyAutomation Risk DisclosureRetailer Affiliation DisclosureRetailer Account-Ban Risk

1. The service

SealedOps provides local-first product monitoring, alerts, proxy diagnostics, assisted checkout tools, and optional guarded checkout automation. Features, retailer compatibility, and availability may change as retailer sites and third-party services change.

Monitoring a product is not an order authorization. Any purchase automation must be separately enabled for a specific target and remains subject to the limits and expiration you choose.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the service where you live.
  • You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, and activity performed through your devices.
  • Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or use another person’s retailer, payment, Discord, or SealedOps account without permission.

3. Retailer rules and automation risk

You are responsible for reviewing and following each retailer’s terms, purchase limits, queue rules, and local law. Retailers may prohibit or restrict automated access. Use of SealedOps can result in canceled orders, delayed fulfillment, payment review, IP or account restrictions, or permanent retailer-account suspension.

SealedOps does not guarantee inventory, price, checkout success, fulfillment, resale value, or continued compatibility with any retailer. Read the Automation Risk, Retailer Affiliation, and Account-Ban disclosures before enabling checkout automation.

4. Acceptable use

  • Common CAPTCHA challenges (reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, Arkose/FunCaptcha) are solved automatically when a solver key is configured; advanced bot-protection (PerimeterX/HUMAN, DataDome, AWS WAF, Cloudflare full-page challenges), queues, and unknown challenges pause for your manual review. Do not use SealedOps to bypass purchase limits, fraud controls, queue systems, advanced bot-protection, or retailer account enforcement.
  • Do not probe, overload, scrape beyond configured monitoring, reverse engineer protected service components, distribute malware, or use stolen accounts or payment methods.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purchasing, fraud, market manipulation, harassment, or activity that harms a retailer, another customer, or SealedOps.

5. Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans renew at the price and cadence shown at purchase until canceled. Stripe processes subscription payments. License keys and promotional credits may have separate duration, eligibility, and transfer restrictions shown when issued.

Plan credits are service credits, not cash, stored-value money, or a bank balance. They may only be applied to eligible SealedOps access, cannot be withdrawn, and are handled as described in the Refund Policy except where law requires otherwise.

6. Software license and updates

While your access is valid, SealedOps grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application. Updates may be required for security, retailer compatibility, or continued service access.

7. Availability and third parties

The service depends on your device, internet connection, retailer websites, Stripe, Discord, payment-token providers, proxy providers, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, blocks, price changes, or decisions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SealedOps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or checkout success.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SealedOps and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; missed purchases; retailer sanctions; account loss; or data loss arising from your use. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid SealedOps during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit all limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SealedOps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, abuse, or conduct that threatens the service or third parties. Sections that should logically survive termination will survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented through the website or application before they take effect when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@sealedops.com.

Questions or requests?

Email support@sealedops.com. Include your account email, but never send a password, CVV, full card number, retailer password, or proxy credential.
